Here is what I am reading.

Our management team is reading this together. I think people are starting to understand that the duty of the leadership is to equip the people to do the work of the ministry.

Outreach is no longer about knocking on doors and asking if they know God. It goes deeper and it takes more time. Do we not help someone if they say they will never go to our church? God wants us to reach out to the poor and oppressed. The decision to follow God is up to the individual.
